How it works
- Open ONEEV and pick a nearby Fuuse-powered charger.
- Start & pay in-app (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card).
- Charge £20+ in one session.
- Finish charging. We automatically return £5 to the same card within 24 hours (your bank may take longer to show it).
Tip: Sessions must be initiated and paid inside ONEEV at Fuuse-powered chargers to qualify.
Terms & Conditions
- Promoter. ONEEV Ltd (“Promoter”), a company registered in England & Wales.
- Offer. Receive £5 credit back (“Credit”) on each Qualifying Charge completed during the Promotional Period at a Fuuse-powered public charge point, when the session is initiated and paid in the ONEEV app.
- Promotional Period. From 08 October 2025 at 00:01 (UK time) to 15 October 2025 at 23:59 (UK time). The Promoter may amend or end the offer on reasonable notice where required for operational, legal or security reasons.
- Qualifying Charge. A single EV charging transaction with a total session amount of £20.00 or more (incl. VAT) at a Fuuse-powered public charger, started and paid via the ONEEV app during the Promotional Period.
- Exclusions.
- Sessions not started in the ONEEV app; sessions paid outside the app (e.g., RFID card, contactless at the post, other third-party apps).
- Private/closed-user-group or workplace/private-estate chargers, or any site where public access or roaming is restricted by the site host/CPO.
- Partially reversed, cancelled, failed or refunded sessions; sessions affected by suspected fraud/abuse; overstay/parking fees and other non-energy charges.
- Eligible Locations. Only Fuuse-powered chargers that are publicly accessible and discoverable in ONEEV during the Promotional Period are eligible. Availability may vary by operator and site host; not all Fuuse-powered chargers are necessarily enabled for ONEEV roaming at all times.
- Payment & Credit.
- The £5 Credit is processed back to the original card used for the Qualifying Charge within 24 hours of session completion.
- Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to display the refund (outside ONEEV’s control).
- If a session amount is adjusted after completion (e.g., idle fees or tariff corrections), ONEEV may adjust or reverse the Credit accordingly.
- Fair Use. Intended for personal EV charging. ONEEV may apply reasonable-use limits (currently one Credit per customer per calendar day) and may withhold or reverse Credits in cases of misuse, fraud, automation, or other abnormal activity.
- Account Status. Your ONEEV account must be in good standing with a valid payment method. Eligibility may be declined where account verification fails or a charge is disputed/charged back.
- Data. Processing of personal data is governed by the ONEEV Privacy Policy.
- Liability. Except for liability that cannot be limited by law, the Promoter is not responsible for: (i) site-host/CPO downtime; (ii) roaming interruptions; (iii) card-issuer refund delays; or (iv) events outside ONEEV’s reasonable control.
- Changes & Termination. ONEEV may amend these T&Cs (including adding/removing eligible sites) or end the promotion on reasonable notice.
- Governing Law. England & Wales.
- Contact. Contact Support quoting “Fuuse £5 Back” and the session ID from your receipt.
FAQs
Does it stack? Each qualifying session gets one £5 Credit. Fair-use applies (see T&Cs).
What if my session is £19.90? Only sessions of £20.00 or more (incl. VAT) qualify.
Why didn’t I see the refund instantly? We submit it within 24 hours; your bank may take longer to display it.
How do I know a charger is Fuuse-powered? In ONEEV, open the charge-point details — eligible sites are shown where Fuuse powers the back office. Availability varies by site host/CPO.
Can I use the Fuuse app instead? This promotion applies only when you start & pay inside ONEEV.
