Payment FAQs
Yes! Your payment is completely secure. ONEEV never stores or accesses your card details. All transactions are processed through trusted payment providers like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe, ensuring encryption and fraud protection.
You can pay easily with the ONEEV App. At the start of each charge, you’ll select your preferred payment method, which will be pre-authorised. Once your charging session ends, the final amount will be debited automatically. Simple, secure, and hassle-free.
To add your debit or credit card, go to your ONEEV App account, select “Payment Methods,” and add your preferred option. You can choose a credit/debit card or set up Apple Pay or Google Pay for quick and secure payments.
Charging & Usage
Open the ONEEV App, select a charging station, choose your payment method, and start charging.
You can stop charging using the ONEEV App or by unplugging your vehicle if the station allows it.
If you unplug before the session ends, you’ll only be charged for the electricity used up to that point.
Yes, you can charge multiple vehicles with one account, but only one charge session can run at a time.
Use the ONEEV App to check real-time charger availability before heading to a station or select to search for chargers that are available by applying the ‘show only available’ in the filter options
