ONEEV Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The competition is organised and promoted by ONEEV Ltd (“Promoter”), a company registered in England and Wales. The prize is provided in partnership with Easee (“Prize Provider”).
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of ONEEV Ltd, Easee, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
By entering the competition, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.
3. How to Enter
Entry is free of charge and no purchase is necessary. To enter, participants must register for the competition via the ONEEV app during the Promotional Period: 11 October 2025 – 10 November 2025.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize
One winner will receive a home electric vehicle charger and standard installation, provided by Easee, capped at a total value of £1,500 excluding VAT.
Any VAT applicable on the prize value will be covered by the Promoter. Any additional costs for premium charger models, extended installation, or non-standard works (e.g. additional cabling, fuse box upgrades, groundworks, etc.) must be paid by the winner directly.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or credit alternative will be offered. The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified, after which the entitlement will lapse.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
A winner will be selected at random by an impartial computerised system (AI random draw) after the Promotional Period has ended. The draw will take place no later than 14 November 2025.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, ONEEV reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
6. Installation Conditions
Standard installation is included up to the capped prize value. Installation is subject to the winner’s property being suitable, including compliance with grid/fuse requirements and applicable building regulations.
Any additional works outside standard installation will be quoted separately and must be paid by the winner.
7. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees that their name, town/city, and image may be used by ONEEV and Easee for reasonable publicity purposes in relation to the competition, including on websites and social media. No additional compensation will be provided.
8. Data Protection & Marketing Consent
Personal data supplied for this competition will be processed in accordance with ONEEV’s Privacy Policy.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from ONEEV. Each email will include a clear option to unsubscribe at any time. Data will not be shared with third parties, other than Easee, unless required for prize fulfilment or by law.
9. Liability
ONEEV and Easee accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, delays, or any other issues beyond their reasonable control.
ONEEV and Easee will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from acceptance of or participation in the prize, except where caused by negligence which cannot be excluded by law.
ONEEV and Easee make no guarantee that the prize will be suitable for all vehicle makes/models or all property types.
10. General
ONEEV reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may, at its discretion, disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
ONEEV reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, but will always seek to minimise any effect on entrants.
The decision of ONEEV in all matters relating to this competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
