ONEEV x Easee Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter
The competition is organised by ONEEV Limited in partnership with Easee UK (together, “the Promoters”).

Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ONEEV or Easee are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be void.

Competition Period

The competition opens at 00:01 on 1 October 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 31 October 2025.

Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

How to Enter

Entrants must complete the official entry form provided by ONEEV.

No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

The Prize

The prize is one (1) Easee Home Charger including standard installation, up to the value of £1,500.

Installation beyond the stated value may incur additional charges, which are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.

Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random using an automated AI selection tool.

No human intervention will form part of the selection process.

The decision of the Promoters is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email no later than 10 November 2025.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

Data Protection & Privacy

Information collected during the competition will be securely retained by ONEEV and Easee for the purpose of administering the competition and fulfilling the prize.

Entrants’ personal data will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the prize.

By entering, entrants consent to their details being used for this purpose, in line with ONEEV’s and Easee’s privacy policies.

Publicity

The winner may be asked to participate in publicity, such as sharing their name and general location (e.g. city/town) in promotional materials.

Any promotional activity will be optional and agreed with the winner in advance.

Liability

The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, delay, or any other reason beyond their control.

The Promoters are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the winner in connection with the prize.

General

The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary.

Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This competition and its terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
