ONEEV Terms and Conditions

1. WHO WE ARE AND HOW TO CONTACT US
1.1 We are ONEEV Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. [insert number]), with our registered office at 7 Williams House, Station Square, Neath, Wales SA11 1BY.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 By using our website, mobile application (“App”), or any services provided by ONEEV (“Services”), you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our website, uninstall the App, and cease all use of the Services immediately.
2.3 If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 You must:

  • Be at least 17 years old;

  • Have a valid and authorised payment method accepted by ONEEV;

  • Use the Services solely for lawful purposes.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
4.1 Certain features of the Services require you to register and create an account.
4.2 You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information;

  • Keep your login credentials secure;

  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or suspected breach;

  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. APP & WEBSITE USAGE CONDITIONS
5.1 The App must not be used by a driver while the vehicle is in motion. For safety, users must rely on in-car infotainment systems or pull over safely to interact with the App.
5.2 You must not:

  • Use the App in any way that distracts you while driving;

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App;

  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or Website;

  • Use the App or Website on jailbroken or rooted devices.

6. USE OF CHARGING SERVICES
6.1 Through the ONEEV App, you may locate, access, and pay for public EV charging stations provided by third-party operators.
6.2 You agree to:

  • Use the equipment safely and follow all posted signage and on-screen instructions;

  • Not tamper with or damage any charging infrastructure;

  • Promptly remove your vehicle once charging is complete;

  • Comply with any on-site parking restrictions or local regulations.
    6.3 ONEEV is not responsible for the condition, operability, or safety of third-party charging equipment.

7. PRICING & PAYMENTS
7.1 Charging prices will be clearly displayed in the App before each session. By initiating a charge, you consent to the applicable rate.
7.2 Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. ONEEV does not store or have access to your payment details.
7.3 You authorise ONEEV to charge your selected payment method at the end of each session, including any idle or overstay fees disclosed in advance.
7.4 Pre-authorisation holds may be applied and refunds of unused portions are subject to your bank’s processing time (typically 24–72 hours).
7.5 While we aim to keep pricing information accurate and up to date, some discrepancies may occur due to delays in data updates from third-party networks. You acknowledge that actual charging costs may vary slightly from those initially displayed due to changes in pricing, tariffs, or system latency. ONEEV is not liable for such variations caused by external data timing or transmission issues.

8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
8.1 You may cancel a reservation within the timeframe specified in the App.
8.2 Refunds are issued solely at ONEEV’s discretion and only in cases of confirmed equipment failure, service disruption, or technical errors.

9. USER CONDUCT
9.1 You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Services in any way;

  • Disrupt or interfere with charging sessions or infrastructure;

  • Commit fraud or illegal activities;

  • Breach the intellectual property rights of ONEEV or any third party;

  • Use the App while driving or operating machinery.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & MAINTENANCE
10.1 ONEEV strives to maintain continuous access to the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10.2 We may suspend access temporarily for updates, maintenance, or due to technical, legal, or third-party service provider issues.

11. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
11.1 You use the Services at your own risk. We exclude all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11.2 ONEEV shall not be liable for:

  • Interruptions or failures of the Services or App;

  • Delays caused by third-party payment systems;

  • Any vehicle damage occurring during use of a charging station;

  • Accidents or incidents caused by using the App while driving;

  • Errors or delays from third-party operators or networks.
    11.3 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value paid by you for the affected service.

12. TERMINATION
12.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice if you:

  • Breach these Terms;

  • Engage in misuse or unlawful conduct;

  • Attempt to compromise the App or charging infrastructure.
    12.2 You may terminate your account at any time via the App.

13. PRIVACY POLICY
13.1 We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS
14.1 We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of material changes via email or through the App.
14.2 Continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. MISCELLANEOUS
16.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
16.2 Assignment: ONEEV may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without restriction.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
17.1 The ONEEV name, logo, app design, and all related content, graphics, interfaces, and software are the property of ONEEV Group Limited and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
17.2 ONEEV is a registered trademark. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or branding without our prior written consent.
17.3 You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Services, including but not limited to our website, app, content, or design elements.
17.4 Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

18. PUBLIC LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
18.1 You acknowledge and agree that use of the Services, including interactions with electric vehicle charging equipment, is entirely at your own risk.
18.2 ONEEV shall not be liable for any injury, death, or property damage arising from your use or misuse of the Services.
18.3 You are solely responsible for exercising due care when accessing, parking at, or disconnecting from any charging station.

19. INDEMNITY
19.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ONEEV Group Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your breach of any applicable law or regulation;

  • Any third-party claim arising from your conduct.

20. THIRD-PARTY OPERATOR DISCLAIMER
20.1 ONEEV facilitates access to electric vehicle charging infrastructure owned and operated by independent third-party providers.
20.2 You acknowledge that all data, pricing, and station functionality are provided by third-party networks and may be subject to errors or delays beyond ONEEV’s control.
20.3 ONEEV disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by the failure, negligence, or misrepresentation of any third-party charging operator or network.

21. DIRECTOR AND OFFICER DISCLAIMER
21.1 The directors, officers, and employees of ONEEV Group Limited are not personally liable for any claims or losses arising in connection with your use of the Services. All legal responsibility is held solely by the company as a limited liability entity.

22. ADVERTISING SERVICES

22.1 ONEEV provides advertising and promotional opportunities (“Advertising Services”) through its website, app, newsletter, and affiliated digital platforms. These Advertising Services may include, but are not limited to, digital banner placements, featured listings, sponsored content, social media promotions, or subscription-based visibility packages.

22.2 By purchasing or subscribing to any Advertising Service, you agree to these Terms and to any specific advertising agreement, order form, or campaign summary issued by ONEEV.

22.3 ONEEV reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any advertisement, at its sole discretion, that it deems inappropriate, misleading, illegal, or inconsistent with its brand values or audience interests.

22.4 All advertising content must comply with applicable UK advertising and consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines.

22.5 You warrant that all advertising material you provide:

  • Is accurate, lawful, and not misleading or defamatory;

  • Does not infringe on any intellectual property, trademark, or copyright of a third party;

  • Does not contain viruses, malicious code, or unauthorised links.

22.6 You grant ONEEV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display your advertising content for the duration of your campaign and for reasonable archival, promotional, or reporting purposes thereafter.

22.7 ONEEV will use reasonable care to display your advertisement in accordance with the agreed placement and duration but does not guarantee any specific number of views, clicks, leads, or conversions.

22.8 ONEEV will not be liable for:

  • Technical issues, downtime, or delays affecting ad visibility;

  • Errors in third-party data feeds or integrations;

  • Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, profit, or goodwill.

22.9 All advertising payments are non-refundable once the advertisement has been published or activated. Subscription advertising continues on a recurring basis unless cancelled in accordance with your account settings or a written termination request to support@oneevgroup.com.

22.10 ONEEV may modify, suspend, or discontinue any advertising format or placement at any time for operational or strategic reasons. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given, and equivalent value will be offered through alternative placement or extension.

22.11 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONEEV, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your advertising content, including but not limited to breaches of third-party rights, legal violations, or misleading promotions.

22.12 The relationship between ONEEV and advertisers is that of independent contracting parties. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
